In addition, we can follow the steps below to check: 1. Your Mobile phone should support Huawei 5A Super Charge / Fast Charge if your need to work on 5A super charge/ fast charge mode.

 

2. The wall charger should support QC 3.0 Fast charge / 5A super charge to achieve fast charging 3. The mobile phone fast charge mode should be on.

 

4. Regard to Data Transfer, please make sure the USB "File Transfer" is open in your phone setting, not "Charging Only"
