In life, there are many battery chargers that are not designed to be fully self-stopping. They will always charge the battery, which has a great impact on battery life and has certain safety hazards. This module is created to solve this situation, and can realize the function of full self-stop, low battery and automatic power-on.
When using, we set a starting charging voltage, a full voltage. When the battery voltage is lower than the full voltage, the circuit is turned on and the charger charges the battery. When the battery voltage rises to full voltage, the circuit is disconnected and charging of the battery is stopped. Thereafter, if the battery is not directly removed on the circuit, when the battery voltage is lower than the starting charging voltage, the circuit is turned on again to charge the battery, and then automatically stops after being fully charged to realize automatic charging in a cycle.
Start charging voltage and full voltage calculation method:
Full voltage = rated voltage x 1.2 times; for example, 12V battery, the key setting is 12V, and the full voltage is 14.4V.
Withstand voltage: The module's working voltage is 4.5V~80V, but since the voltage is about 1.2 times of the rated voltage after the battery is fully charged, it can only support charging the 60V battery.
Current: Maximum control current 30A
Working status explanation:
1. The display animation is displayed, and the indicator light is red, indicating that it is charging.
2. The display is always on, and the indicator light is green, indicating that it is full.
3. The display shows Err and the indicator light is off. Indicates that the set start voltage is higher than the stop voltage and the module does not work. Please modify the parameters. This module requires that the start voltage must be lower than the stop voltage to operate.
