About import tax

All tax charges are not included in the item price or shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.Buyers need to pay customs duties according to local customs policies to get the package.If you refuse to pay customs duties, customs will return or destroy the package in accordance with relevant policies, and we will not refund the payment.

Warranty:

1. 3 months limited warranty on defective items (does not cover damage or misuse after receipt)2. 3 months warranty for accessories (excluding man-made damage or installation errors)3. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period. Please tell us what the defect is and provide your tracking number.

Return & Refund:

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it after items was received. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and We will not issue you a refund or replacement.2. All returned items must be in the original package and must provide us the tracking number, specific reason for the return, and original PO.3. We will refund your full amount of the items, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.5. Buyer have the duty to check the parcel carefully before sign. Once the parcel is signed, it means got the items in well condition.
