 1).It has a round-trip step adjustment potentiometer,which can adjust the number of steps.

4.Working Mode:

 1).Normal mode 1:S1 start stop button,S2 forward and reverse button,W2 potentiometer speed control.If the limit reverse is required,two limit switches can be connected to the P3 pin,and the motor movement shaft is equipped with a contact piece,so that the motor will move back and forth within the stroke between the two limit switches.

 2).Normal mode 2:S1 forward start button,S2 reverse start button,press any key to stop.W2 potentiometer speed regulation.If you need a limit stop,you can connect two limit switches to the P3 pin,so that the motor will stop moving when it touches the limit switch,and the motor will reverse after you click the opposite button.

 3).Jog mode:Press S1 to rotate forward,release to stop,press S2 to reverse,release to stop,and W2 potentiometer to adjust speed.If you need a limit stop,you can connect an upper limit switch to P3.

 4).Automatic round-trip mode:S1 start and stop,S2 forward and reverse,W2 potentiometer speed adjustment,W1 potentiometer adjusts the number of automatic round-trip steps.After starting,the motor will automatically run back and forth within the number of steps adjusted by W1.

5.Speed Adjustment Instructions:

 1).W2 motor speed adjustment potentiometer,counterclockwise adjustment becomes slower,clockwise adjustment becomes faster.

 2).P2 speed adjustment extension gear pin.

  1.1).In the slow gear,the adjustment range of W2 is:the slowest step takes 3.125 seconds,and the fastest step takes 0.0625 seconds (16 steps/sec).

  1.2).The adjustment range of W2 in the fast gear is:the slowest step is 0.0625 seconds (16 steps/sec),and the fastest step is 0.00125S (800 steps/sec).

6.Automatic Round Trip Adjustment Potentiometer:

 1).W1 automatic reciprocating stroke adjustment potentiometer,the counterclockwise adjustment stroke becomes shorter,and the clockwise adjustment stroke becomes longer.

 2).P1 automatic reciprocating stroke adjustment extension pin.

  1.1).In the short-stroke gear,the adjustment step range of W1 is 1-200 steps.

  1.2).In the long-stroke gear,the adjustment step range of W1 is 200-1200 steps.

 3).P3 pin function description,the external travel switch can also be the high and low level signals of various sensors,and the low level is effective.

7.Note:

 1).If you want to change any function pins of P1,P2,P4,you need to cut off the power on the board and re-power on the selected function to take effect.

 2).When the load current exceeds 800mA,the circuit is protected,and the running indicator flashes once every 2 seconds.At this time,it is necessary to reduce the working voltage or replace the motor to work normally.
