We started Beads & Jewelry Supply business in 2003 , when there were only 2 members in our team and only supply our jewelry making products to a few customers ! Now we have became a professional supplier , and provide beads & jewelry suppliers to customers all over the world , our customer including China-Store , Wholesaler , Importer , Beads Shop , Jewelry Designer , etc . About Shipping

1. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after a clear payment.

2. Items will be sent to the address on your Escrow, please make sure it is correct. And if you want  to change your address, please contact us before your payment.

3. If NOT receiveed within 4 weeks, please contact us for help.

4. Normally, parcels will be sent by China post Air Mail, which will take 15-25 working days depending on countries, weather condition, festival holidays and so on. If you need items in hurry, please contact us for another delivery method (as below ), which needs EXTRA FEE.
