It has single-supply capability, and the input voltage range extends below ground in single-supply mode. The output voltage swing extends to within 50 mV of each rail for IOUT≤100µA, providing excellent output dynamic range. DC accuracy performance includes offset voltage up to 800μV, offset voltage drift of 2μV/°C, input bias current less than 25 pA, and low input voltage noise with source impedances up to 1 GΩ. The device offers 16 MHz, ?3 dB bandwidth, ?108 dB THD at 20 kHz, 22 V/µs slew rate, and low supply current of 2.6 mA per amplifier. The AD823 can drive direct capacitive loads up to 500 pF as a follower and can provide 15 mA of output current when 0.5 V is supplied from the supply rail. This allows the amplifier to handle a wide range of load conditions. This combination of AC and DC performance and excellent load drive capability make this device an excellent versatile amplifier for applications such as ADC drivers, high-speed active filters, and other low-voltage, high-dynamic-range systems.
