1. If you are not an electronic engineer or a dedicated person, it is recommended that you find a professional in the car shop to install it.(My price does not include installation costs)

2.Tariff: The price does not include any customs duties and value-added tax. Buyers need to pay customs duties and value-added tax. When the goods arrive at customs, the seller will provide order information and invoices to the buyer. The buyer is obliged to forward the cargo information to the courier company or customs. Buyers are obliged to assist the goods to pass customs smoothly. If the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance and the goods are returned, the buyer shall bear all responsibilities.

3.Does this machine fit my car?

Our engineer will help you get the answer. However he need some messages from you.please answer belowquestions and leave message to us after order, we will reply you in 24 hours.thank you very much.

4.Can it be shipped to my country?

We can ship items 98% countries in the world. if your country can ot select on the aliexpress , please talk to us .

5.How long does it take to arrive?

Generally speaking we will arrange the shipment in 3-4 business days once the payment is confirmed, and we cooperate with DHL(5-10days), and EMS (15-20days) for delivery time.

6.Return:

We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.

We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason.

A full refund will be givenif items are returned in theiroriginal condition.Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.Buyers are responsible for come and return shipping with proper packaging.On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.

7.Warranty &Maintenance:

1)We provide 3 days replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.

2)Buyers are responsible for the come and return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).

3)Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them as soon as possible
