The TPIC6C596 is an 8-bit D-type shift register with serial input parallel output, parallel output with buffer control, and clear control. Multiple modules can be cascaded. Can be used to drive digital tube, saving microcontroller IO port. The 8-bit parallel output port is connected to the current limiting resistor and can be no longer connected externally.
