The UM243 motor driver can run the motor in a fixed manner and cycle without a controller. It starts from low speed and runs in one direction to high speed, then from high speed to low speed, stop for 5 seconds, then press another from low speed. One direction rises to high speed, then slows down to the lowest speed, stops for 5 seconds, and one run cycle ends. The number of steps in both directions is the same in one run cycle, so that the motor and drive run accuracy can be tested. In automatic operation mode, the lock current percentage and lock time are still valid.
Automatic operation steps: 1 drive power off, dial sw1-4=1111; 2 drive power (lights flashing fast), dial sw2-4=110, sw5-8 set motor current (refer to Table 2); 3 toggle Sw1 at least 5 times, until the red light is off and the green light is on, the motor starts to run; 4 after running the motor, if sw1=0, the automatic operation will not stop according to the running cycle; 5If the motor is to stop running, dial sw1 =1, but the motor will not stop immediately, only stop after running one running cycle. If you dial sw=0 after stopping, the motor will run again.
