Method:

1. After power on, adjust the voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the ideal voltage;

2. Use the 10A current range of the multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current (connect the two test leads directly to the output terminal), and adjust the current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined overcurrent protection value. (For example, the current value displayed by the multimeter is 4A, then when you use the module, the high current can only reach 4A. When the current reaches 4A, the red constant current indicator will be on, otherwise the indicator will be off)

Note: When using in this state, since there is a 0.05 ohm current sampling resistor at the output end, there will be a voltage drop of 0~0.3V after connecting the load. This is a normal phenomenon! This voltage drop is not pulled by your load. low, but drops to the sampling resistor.

2. Use as a battery charger

The module without constant current function can be used to charge the battery.

The voltage difference between the battery and the charger is very large, which causes the charging current to be too large and damages the battery. Therefore, the battery should be charged with constant current at the beginning, and when the charging reaches a certain level, it will automatically switch back to constant voltage charging.

Instructions:

1. Determine the floating charging voltage and charging current of the rechargeable battery you need; (if the lithium battery parameter is 3.7V/2200mAh, then the floating charging voltage is 4.2v, and the maximum charging current is 1C, that is, 2200m4);

20 Under no-load conditions, the multimeter measures the output voltage, and adjusts the voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the floating voltage; (if you charge a 3.7V lithium battery, adjust the output voltage to 4.2V);

If the charging current is set to 1A, then when charging When the current is less than 0.1A, the red charging indicator is off, the red full indicator is on, and the battery is fully charged);

5. Connect the battery and charge it.

Notice:

Steps (1)) (2) (3) (4) are: the input end is connected to the power supply, and the output end is not connected to the battery when it is empty.

3. Used as a high-power LED constant current drive module

(1) Determine the working current and working voltage that need to drive the LED;

(2) Under no-load conditions, the multimeter measures the output voltage, and adjusts the voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the high working voltage of the LED;

(3) Use the 10A current gear of the multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current, and adjust the current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED working current;

(4) Connect the LED and test the machine.

Note: Steps (1) (2) (3) are: the input terminal is connected to the power supply, and the output terminal is not connected to the LED light when it is empty.

1. The positive and negative poles of the input terminals cannot be reversed, otherwise the module will be burned directly;

2. The maximum input voltage and maximum output current cannot be satisfied at the same time, and high voltage, high current, and hot swapping cannot be used for a long time. Pay attention to strengthening heat dissipation;

3. The maximum output power is 75W, which is a limitation, please leave a margin for use; when the module is used over 3A and 35W, please strengthen the heat dissipation;

4. When used as a step-down module, the input voltage is greater than the output voltage;
